Stefanie Feih has spent more than 20 years specialising in the analysis, design and optimization of lightweight structures in Europe and AsiaPacific. Stefanie is a leading scientist with A*STAR in Singapore and holds an adjunct professorship at RMIT (Melbourne) and adjunct research associate professorship at the National University of Singapore.
She received her PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2002, a Masters degree from Cornell University in 1999 and mechanical engineering degree from TU Darmstadt, Germany. Stefanie leads a team of researchers and has been awarded multiple industrial collaboration projects on aircraft repair, structural optimisation and material joining.
She has published over 140 journal and conference papers focussed on wind, naval, O&G offshore and aerospace structures. Dr Feih is an elected member of the Executive Council of the International Committee on Composite Materials and an Editorial Board Member for Composites Part A.
