Presenter onsite requirements

Presentation guidelines have been created to assist all presenters at ICCM22 to prepare and finalise their presentations.

There are different guidelines depending on your style of presentation, therefore please read the below information carefully and download the guidelines that are relevant to your presentation type.

Oral presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as an oral presenter please ensure that you download the oral presentation guidelines here.

It is recommended that oral presenters use the the official ICCM22 PowerPoint template which can be downloaded here.

Oral presenters will be allocated 20 minutes; 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer. The allocated time will be strictly enforced to ensure the program is kept to schedule.

Mini oral presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as a mini oral presenter please ensure that you download the mini oral presentation guidelines here.

It is recommended that mini oral presenters use the official ICCM22 PowerPoint template which can be downloaded here.

A mini oral presentation involves the following components:

  • Standard printed poster presentation
  • 4 minute mini oral presentation

Mini oral presenters will be allocated 4 minutes to give a pitch-style presentation in the speaker program. The allocated time will be strictly enforced to ensure the program is kept to schedule.

Poster presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as a poster presenter please ensure that you download the poster presentation guidelines here.

It is preferred that all posters are prepared using the official ICCM22 poster template which can be downloaded here.

All posters will be included in the official ICCM22 proceedings and therefore you must ensure that you use the official poster template when preparing your poster.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all accepted posters into the official program either as part of a mini oral presentation or as a stand alone poster are required to bring their poster with them to display at the conference.

All poster presenters are required to prepare, print and display their poster in Melbourne. While you may have provided a PDF of your poster this was for inclusion in the official proceedings, you are still required to print and display your poster during ICCM22.
